We believe that our Patient Financial Agreement is as important as the services we perform. It is our responsibility to inform you of your cost and payment policy prior to beginning treatment. We want our patients to be able to comfortably afford their dental care. We will gladly discuss payment options with you before starting your treatment and answer any questions you may have.

We are happy to file the necessary forms to assure you receive the full benefit of your dental insurance. We will gladly estimate your coverage; however, many variables exist form carrier to carrier (i.e. deductibles, annual maximums, allowable fee limitations, non-covered procedures and other restrictions). Therefore, we cannot guarantee any estimated charges because your insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefit from your insurance company.
